Ibra: Hasil Lawan Barca, Awal Bagus

Paris - Menghadapi Barcelona di laga ujicoba pramusim, Paris St Germain sempat mampu memaksakan hasil imbang meski akhirnya kalah adu penalti. Untuk Zlatan Ibrahimovic, ini adalah awal bagus untuk PSG yang kini diperkuat sejumlah pemain anyar.

Dalam pertandingan di Parc des Princes tersebut, Minggu (5/8/2012) dinihari WIB, PSG dan Barca berimbang 2-2 sebelum akhirnya laga mesti ditentukan lewat adu penalti, di mana Barca tampil jadi pemenang.

Di laga tersebut, Ibra berhasil menyumbang satu gol untuk PSG yang baru ia bela musim panas ini usai diboyong dari AC Milan. Ia menjebol gawang Barca, yang juga mantan klubnya, pada menit 60.

Ibra sendiri diturunkan sedari menit awal untuk bahu-membahu bersama salah satu pemain baru PSG lainnya, Ezequiel Lavezzi. Sedangkan Barca sendiri langsung menurunkan pemain terbaiknya, Lionel Messi, yang ikut menyumbang satu gol.

"Ini malam yang fantastis, terutama atmosfer para suporter di stadion," komentar Ibra di situs resmi PSG.

"Malam ini kami membuktikan bahwa kami bisa memberikan perlawanan ketat untuk sebuah tim tangguh. Semakin sering kami tampil bersama, kian baik permainan kami. Ini baru sekadar awalnya saja," tegas si penyerang asal Swedia.

Barca Kalahkan PSG Lewat Adu Penalti

PSG harus mengakui keunggulan Barcelona melalui babak adu penalti. Sebelumnya, pada waktu normal 90 menit, kedua tim bermain sama kuat 2-2.

Dalam pertandingan uji coba/persahabatan yang digelar di Parc des Princes tersebut, Minggu (5/8/2012) dinihari WIB, Zlatan Ibrahimovic dan Lionel Messi sama-sama mencetak satu gol.

Rafinha berhasil membawa Barca unggul cepat lewat golnya di menit keenam, memanfaatkan kesalahan bek PSG dalam mengantisipasi umpan Alexis Sanchez. Skor 1-0 pun bertahan hingga babak pertama usai.

Babak kedua dimulai. Pada menit ke-53, bek PSG, Mamadou Sakho, melakukan pelanggaran terhadap Sanchez di kotak terlarang. Wasit Pascal Garibian langsung memberikan penalti untuk Azulgranas. Dengan dingin, Messi berhasil menaklukan Nicolas Douchez.

PSG kemudian memperkecil kedudukan melalui titik putih setelah Martin Montoya melanggar Ezequiel Lavezzi di kotak penalti. Ibra dipercaya menjadi eksekutornya. Dengan jitu, bintang Swedia yang baru didatangkan dari AC Milan tersebut memperdaya Jose Manuel Pinto.

Bek PSG, Zoumana Camara, kemudian berhasil menyamakan kedudukan 2-2 melalui sundulan hasil umpan sepak pojok Javier Pastore. Skor 2-2 bertahan hingga waktu normal 90 menit usai. Pertandingan lalu dilanjutkan ke babak adu penalti, tanpa perpanjangan waktu sebelumnya.

Guillame Hoarau dan Kevin Gameiro menjadi dua eksekutor yang gagal di pihak Les Rouges et Bleus. Tendangan keduanya ditepis oleh Pinto.

Sementara itu, empat penendang Barca sukses menjalankan tugasnya. Hasil akhir di babak adu penalti, Barca 4 - PSG 1.

Leonardo denies PSG talks with Higuain and Kaka

Paris Saint-Germain director Leonardo has dismissed reports that club president Nasser Al Khelaifi has held talks with Kaka and Gonzalo Higuain.

But he did admit that the Ligue 1 outfit are hoping to sign the latter.

The Parisian club's star man Javier Pastore has already claimed that Higuain is considering moving to the French capital, while it has also been claimed that the Argentine has already met with Al Khelaifi.

Leonardo insists that there is no truth in that particular rumour, or indeed the speculation that Higuain's Real Madrid team-mate Kaka has also been approached.

"Nasser has never met Kaka or Higuain," the former AC Milan and Inter boss told reporters on Friday. "The story was written as if it were a truth, but Nasser has never met these players, and nor has anyone else at the club.

"Today, we are in discussions. Not only with Higuain, but in the global market. You can talk with 15,000 players and do nothing."

Indeed, Leonardo admitted that when it comes to their interest in luring Higuain to the Parc des Princes, everything hinges on his current employers.

"If Real Madrid decide not to sell him, he will not even be on the market," he said. "He has a clause of 150 million euros, so what should we do? Pay that?!"

Leonardo added that the club's current focus is on their Ligue 1 title challenge and that they will not start making moves in the transfer market until next month. However, he did all but confirm that the Qatari-owned club intend to spend big again this summer.

"It's not yet time to go into detail," he said. "The market opens on June 13. The truth begins on that date.

"Before then all we can say is that PSG must make a leap in quality, and that includes in a sporting sense."

The capital club are currently second in the French top flight, three points behind leaders Montpellier with two rounds of the season remaining.

Ancelotti keen to make move for Pato

koclokindoblog, 12 Mei 2012, Paris Saint-Germain coach Carlo Ancelotti has revealed that his side will try to lure Alexandre Pato away from AC Milan in the summer.

The ambitious French club failed to wrap up a deal for Pato in January, with Ancelotti stating on several occasions that they would try again at the end of the season.

"We already talked about Pato in January, I think that it will happen again in June," Ancelotti told Sky Sport Italia.

The Italian coach paid tribute to Milan trio Alessandro Nesta, Gennaro Gattuso and Filippo Inzaghi, who will all leave San Siro at the end of the season.

"I feel sad because these are players who have had great careers at Milan," he said.

"But life goes on and I am sure that other doors will open for them."

Massimiliano Allegri is about to enter his third year in charge of the Rossoneri, and Ancelotti praised the conditions that Milan have always offered to their coaches.

"I think it is more exhausting to coach other sides than Milan, who are a great club," the 52-year-old said.

"The atmosphere at Milan is ideal to work at the highest level. It is better than at any other club."

Clichy tempted by PSG move

Since joining Roberto Mancini's side last summer, the 26-year-old has gone on to become one of the Premier League's top defenders.

But the former Arsenal man has since confessed his desire to one day return back home to his roots, and turn out for the French capital club.

"I'm not going to hide it. Like I've said, Paris is the club of my heart," Clichy told Surface magazine.

"To say that I want to play for PSG is another thing, but as they say: football goes very quickly, and we don't know what the future holds for us.

"It's certain that the PSG kit is magical. I'd like to discover my own country's league."

Clichy has enjoyed a superb campaign for City so far this term, making 33 appearances in the league, and 44 across all competitions, establishing himself ahead of rival Aleksandar Kolarov in the pecking order.

The left-back will now be hoping for more exposure on the international set-up, with Manchester United's Patrice Evra currently seen as France manager Laurent Blanc's preferred choice.

 

Higuain on PSG´s radar

Higuain’s future at the Santiago Bernabeu has been the source of much conjecture in recent weeks, and with PSG in the market for at least one striker, the big-spending French outfit have been linked with the Argentine, who was born in France.

"We’d all be delighted for him to come to Paris," Pastore told RMC when speaking of his Argentina team-mate. "I am in regular contact with him. We talked a lot about our lives, of our mutual friends and that PSG is interested in him.

"We do not know yet if he will come to PSG.

"It is true that there are contacts. I am delighted that PSG wants to get him. He's a friend and a great player who would do us the greatest good."

Although Carlo Ancelotti's side are second in Ligue 1, three points behind Montpellier with two games of the season remaining, Pastore is confident of both the short- and long-term success of the team.

"PSG can become one of the biggest clubs in Europe," he said.

Pastore feels there will be another twist in the Ligue 1 title race, and believes Montpellier's clash with Lille this weekend will be decisive.

"PSG will be champions. The match between Montpellier and Lille (on Sunday) will be decisive for us," he said.

Alexandre Pato Buka Peluang Gabung PSG

Gilmar Veloz, agen Pato, menyatakan kedekatan emosional antara Pato dan pelatih PSG Carlo Ancelotti juga direktur sepakbola Leonardo bisa menentukan transfer kliennya dalam waktu dekat.

"Ancelotti adalah pelatih bagus, kami senang jika ia menghubungi kami," kata Veloz, Rabu (9/5).

"Bersama Alexandre, pelatih memiliki hubungan yang baik dan kualitas hubungan mereka membuat kepuasan tersendiri."

"Kita lihat saja bagaiman jadinya nanti. Alexandre tak ada masalah di AC Milan dan masih memiliki kontrak dengan klub."

Javier Pastore: Gonzalo Higuain Tanyakan Soal Paris Saint-Germain

Javier Pastore, playmaker Paris Saint-Germain, mengungkapkan bahwa Gonzalo Higuain (Real Madrid) menghubunginya dua minggu lalu untuk bertanya mengenai Les Parisiens.

Higuain belakangan santer dispekulasikan bakal menuju pintu keluar Santiago Bernabeu lantaran tak puas dengan kurangnya kans bermain sebagai starter kendati koleksi golnya tetap mengilap.

Kontak yang dibuat El Pipita dengan Pastore, kompatriotnya di timnas Argentina, menyiratkan bahwa striker 24 tahun itu sepertinya mempertimbangkan opsi merapat ke Parc des Princes.

Namun demikian, PSG toh bukan satu-satunya tim yang berminat pada servis mantan punggawa River Plate itu.

“Dia menelepon saya dua pekan lalu untuk menanyakan soal klub ini, Ligue 1, dan Kota Paris,” ungkap Pastore kepada L’Equipe.

PSG mettle impresses Ancelotti

koclokindoblog, 4 Mei 2012, Carlo Ancelotti was delighted to see Paris Saint-Germain get back in the Ligue 1 title race following their 2-0 win over Saint-Etienne on Wednesday.

After leaders Montpellier drew 2-2 against Evian a day earlier, Ancelotti's side moved to within three points of Rene Girdard's side with three matches to play.

And the former Milan and Chelsea coach expects the title race to be decided on the last day of the season.

"Everyone was saying PSG had lost the title, but football is bizarre," Ancelotti said.

"We were disappointed after losing to Lille, but things are looking up now. Now we need to try and win our last three matches."

"Our primary goal is to be playing Champions League football next season, and we managed to get back to within three points.

"Not a bad effort considering the pressure we were under, and we bounced back well after losing to Lille. As I've said all along, I think the title will be decided on the last day of the season."

PSG will have to deal with Valenciennes, Rennes and Lorient in their last three games of the campaign.

Ancelotti proud of rampant PSG

koclokindoblog, 23 April 2012, Paris Saint-Germain manager Carlo Ancelotti has claimed a 'change of attitude' led to his side's 6-1 thrashing of Sochaux on Sunday.

PSG went into the Ligue 1 clash five points behind Montpellier but kept up the pressure on the league leaders with a dominant performance.

"I think the work of the team was good," Ancelotti said after the victory.

"We have scored a lot of goals ... but I think the most important thing is that we had a good spirit on the pitch.

"We were good offensively and we did what it took in defence.

"It has really been a good game."

Ancelotti's men had managed just one victory in five Ligue 1 matches before Sunday but the demolition of Sochaux makes it two wins in three games.

PSG are in fine form before their next game against third-placed Lille.

"We have completely changed our attitude," Ancelotti said.

"We played a good football, we had a good spirit, we were efficient.

"After tonight, we have more confidence for the next game which will be difficult."

Ancelotti dispels Pazzini reports

Italian sources claimed on Thursday that Ancelotti regarded the 27-year-old as a backup plan in case the club failed in their efforts to prize Alexandre Pato away from AC Milan in the summer.

"Pazzini? No, we do not need him," Ancelotti told reporters. "We already have Guillaume Hoarau, who is very similar to Pazzini."

"I am very happy with Hoarau's work, I trust him."

The Italian coach, who arrived at PSG in December, then confirmed that the club's board will back up his project with a 100-million-euro transfer fund.

"The club are ready to invest and I am happy about this," Ancelotti added.

"But we already have a very balanced group and we will not spend this sum right now, but within the next five years."

"We are competitive already and I do not think there is a reason to change the group too much."

Sissoko wants Del Piero at PSG

Mohamed Sissoko says he would love former Juventus team-mate Alessandro Del Piero to join him at Paris Saint-Germain next season.

Mali international Sissoko played alongside Juve favourite Del Piero between 2008 and 2011, before departing Turin for the French capital in the close season.

With Del Piero set to leave Juve at the end of the campaign, Sissoko is hoping PSG's rumoured interest materialises into a move for the former Italy attacker.

"I had the chance to play with Del Piero at Juventus," Sissoko told PSG's website.

"He's a great player and also a great guy. I think he could still bring a lot to a team like PSG."

Sissoko said he is enjoying life at the Parc des Princes under former AC Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti.

But the former Liverpool man was also quick to acknowledge the work done by the Italian's predecessor, Antoine Kombouare, in propelling PSG to the summit of Ligue 1.

"(Ancelotti) is a renowned coach, who arrived with his own ideas and plenty of motivation," Sissoko said.

"It is important to have a coach of this calibre."

"However, do not forget the work of Antoine Kombouare in the first six months of the season."

Ancelotti sings PSG´s praises

Paris Saint-Germain coach Carlo Ancelotti praised his side's mental toughness in Sunday's 2-1 victory at Dijon.

PSG looked resigned to dropping two points after Steven Paulle's goal had cancelled out Siaka Tiene's opener, but an injury-time strike from Kevin Gameiro gave the French capital club the three points to remain at the top of the Ligue 1 standings.

"This was an important victory because we won while having 10 men and in the last minute of the game," Ancelotti told reporters. "Those are difficult conditions."

"In the first half, we played well, even if we could not score."

"After Mohamed Sissoko was sent off things evidently became harder for us."

"We changed Javier Pastore's position so that we could be better organised defensively."

"Mentally speaking, the team was up to the task and we deserved to win this match."

The Italian coach was full of praise for Gameiro, who was introduced in the last minutes of the match to score the winning goal.

"To score in the last minute is not something easy," Ancelotti added. "I wanted to use Gameiro's qualities to play deep and I think that he was ready to score."
