The Swedish striker has already publicly pledged his future to the club but demanded assurances over new signings in the summer.
Italian media reports suggest Milan chief executive Adriano Galliani had a face-to-face meeting with Ibrahimovic on Tuesday to reassure the forward over the club's promises on strengthening the squad.
But agent Mino Raiola told Il Corriere dello Sport that Ibrahimovic was not going anywhere.
"His intention is to stay at Milan," Raiola said.
The Rossoneri's 4-2 defeat to Inter on Sunday meant Ibrahimovic missed out on a domestic league crown for the first time in eight years, as Juventus sealed the Scudetto with a 2-0 win over Cagliari.
The 30-year-old has scored 28 times in 31 Serie A appearances for Massimiliano Allegri's side this season.
